This policy explains what 4k Motion ("we") collects when you use 4k Motion, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email and password (stored securely by our login provider).
- What you create: scripts, voice recordings, uploaded images, logos and music, your brand kit and the videos you make.
- Voice samples: if you clone your voice, the recording you give us for that.
- Payments: handled by our payment partner (Razorpay). We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card or bank details.
- Affiliate payouts: your UPI ID and the name on your bank account, if you join the affiliate program.
- Usage: pages visited, videos made, errors and basic device information, to keep the service working and improve it.
Why we use it
- To make your videos: writing scenes, making the voice, timing captions and rendering.
- To run your account, credits, payments, payouts and support.
- To keep the service safe and stop misuse.
- To tell you about important changes. We send marketing only if you agree, and you can stop it at any time.
We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it for us
We share only what each provider needs to do its job:
- Anthropic (Claude AI): your script or transcript, to plan scenes and write drafts.
- Inworld AI: script text and recordings, to make voices, read uploaded audio into text and clone voices you ask for.
- Razorpay: payments.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google: to measure our ads, through the Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics and Google Ads tags (see Cookies below).
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymous recordings of how pages are used, to fix confusing parts of the site.
- Our login, database and hosting providers: to store your account and files.
Some providers process data outside India. They are bound to protect it and use it only for our service.
Cookies and local storage
We use a few small cookies and browser storage for things like keeping you signed in, remembering light or dark mode, and remembering which affiliate link brought you (for 60 days), and an anonymous visitor id that lets us count how many people are on the site (no name or email in it).
We also use advertising and analytics tools from Meta, Google and Microsoft to see which ads bring people to us and how the site is used. They set their own cookies and receive details such as the pages you visit, your browser and device, and actions like signing up or paying. When we send a sign-up or payment to Meta from our server, your email and phone are scrambled (hashed) first, and we never send your scripts, videos or payment details. You can block these cookies in your browser settings; the app keeps working.
How long we keep it
We keep your content while your account is open. Rendered video files may be removed from our servers after 30 days; you can render them again from your video page. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as payment and tax records).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or name someone to act for you. Write to [email]. We reply within 30 days.
Children
4k Motion is not meant for children under 18 without a parent's or guardian's consent.
