These terms apply when you use 4k Motion, run by 4k Motion ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a video you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Give us correct details. We may suspend accounts that are fake, shared to get around limits, or used to break these terms.
2. Credits and plans
- A video uses 25 credits, up to the length your plan allows. Each video comes in Reel 9:16 and YouTube 16:9.
- The AI writer uses 5 credits to write a script and 1 for each change you ask for. Auto-tag uses 5 credits, and an AI edit of a finished video 1 a message.
- Credits are used only when the thing works. If making a video (or an AI step) fails, no credits are taken.
- Changing a finished video's template, text, colours or music is free.
- Plans are paid monthly or yearly. Either way, a plan's credits come every month: at the start of each month your plan credits are set to the plan's amount again, and unused plan credits from the month before do not carry over.
- A yearly plan is paid for twelve months up front, usually at a lower price, and gives the plan's credits every month for those twelve months.
- Extra credits (credit packs) can be bought at any time on top of a plan. They do not reset each month, are used after your plan credits, and stay valid for 12 months from purchase.
- Prices are in Indian rupees. Unless a price says it includes GST, GST at the current rate is added at checkout and shown before you pay. You get a GST tax invoice for every payment; add your GSTIN in My account to get a business (B2B) invoice.
- Plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.
3. Your content
- You keep ownership of the scripts, recordings, images, logos and music you upload, and of the videos you make.
- You give us permission to store and process your content only to run the service for you (for example, to make the voice, plan scenes and render your video).
- You must have the rights to everything you upload. Do not upload music, images or logos you are not allowed to use.
4. What you must not do
- Make content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory or harassing, or that harms children.
- Mislead people: fake news, false claims about products or health, or election misinformation.
- Pretend to be someone else, or use another person's voice, name or face without their written permission.
- Try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around its limits.
We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content where the law requires.
5. Voice cloning
You may clone only your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you written permission. Cloned voices are private to your account. Deleting a cloned voice removes it from our voice provider; videos you already made keep their audio.
6. AI output
Scripts, scenes and voices are made with AI and can contain mistakes. Check every video before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish.
7. Our templates, music and sound effects
The templates, music and sound effects in our library belong to us or our licensors. You may use them inside videos you make with 4k Motion, including for business and ads. You may not sell or share them on their own.
8. Affiliate program
If you join our affiliate program, you earn 20% of payments made by customers who sign up through your link. Earnings are held for 7 days in case of refunds, and can be paid to your UPI ID once your balance reaches ₹2,000. A refunded payment's commission is reversed. Self-referrals and fake sign-ups are not allowed, and we may withhold earnings linked to fraud. Taxes may be deducted where the law requires.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be slow or unavailable. We may change features, plans or these terms; we will tell you about important changes before they apply to you.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit or reach), and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at the place of our registered office. Before going to court, please write to us at [email] so we can try to solve it.
